Youth Ministries
The primary focus of these ministries are the YOUTH. We want to increase their understanding and practice of the Christian faith, while providing an opportunity to be active participants and leaders in worship. The ministry seeks to create an environment that inspires, educates, and encourages involvement in our church community.
We engage in age-appropriate, entertaining, and nurturing activities that promote spiritual growth, community involvement, and
fellowship with area churches. Lessons and activities are provided in a Christian environment.
All youth attending First Baptist Church are members of the Youth Ministry; whether a member of First Baptist or not. The ministry meets every other month following service (Feb/Apr/June/Oct/Dec). We invite and encourage all youth to participate in this ministry.

Youth Ministry:
The leadership of the ministry consists of youth ministry directors, advisor's from all youth ministries, youth mentoring programs, and Christian education leaders. The Youth Leadership Team meets the first Friday of every month at 7pm. Parental meetings for the Youth Department occur on a quarterly basis on the third Friday of Jan/Apr/July/Oct.
