To share in the Gospel of Jesus Christ; be ready to serve our church family as well as our community. To provide comfort and assistance whenever and wherever needed.
Description:
Our primary role is to use every opportunity available to serve as a witness. Missionaries at First Baptist Church prepare meals for funerals and special occasions. We provide comfort and support to those who are in need. We endeavor to be a source of hope, love, comfort, encouragement, and support for the bereaved. We visit nursing homes, hospitals, long term care facilities and residences. We give monetary and/or personal gifts to the sick, especially during the holidays.
